Mini Annapurna Circuit Trek is most highly popular among those who have a Short Holiday Trekking in Nepal. But want to complete Annapurna Circuit in just two weeks. In fact, to complete the full Annapurna Circuit Trek it takes a total duration of 21 days. It offers the most awesome scenery, incredible landscapes, stunning mountain views, ice and snow at a high mountain pass and cultural diversity. First of all our trekking journey begins in Chamje after almost 8 hours’ drive from Kathmandu via Beshisahar, Syange and Jagat. From Chamje we walk through the Marshyangdi River, paddy fields and sub-tropical up to Manang. And beyond Manang, we come across different landscapes and scenery.

As we climb higher altitudes, we walk through arid landscapes. While trekking, we cross Thorong La Pass at the elevation of 5,416m. From this mountain pass, we enjoy the spectacular views of the Annapurna and Manaslu ranges After descending from Thorong La Pass we spend a night at a small town called Muktinath, where Hindus and Buddhists come to worship at the temple and see the ‘burning’ water. Then we proceed to the Tibetan township of Jomsom. From Jomsom, those trekkers who want to complete the full Annapurna circuit continue trekking through the Kali Gandaki gorge to — — . But Mini Annapurna Circuit Trek ends at Jomsom. So, then we take a flight over the deepest gorge until we land in Pokhara and Kathmandu beyond.

Just some hours of trek to reach the city behind mountains. In fact, Manang is also called the hidden desert of Nepal. Extremely, rural area that just dwells outside the mountains. We will hang around Manang, watch mountains standing at our back. It looks like a different world than the rest of us.

Day 8

Don’t forget to get hydrated there.

Last month I went for the ' (mini) Annapurna Circuit Trek' with Exciting Himalaya Treks. They arranged a guide for me, Nabaraj. He was an amazing guide, very friendly and professional! Thanks Nabaraj! The Annapurna area is so beautiful, I enjoyed every part of it :) Thanks to Exciting Himalaya I didn't have to worry about anything. They arranged all lodging, food and transport. I was surprised about the cheap price they offered me. I asked many other tour agencies, but all were very expensive. Thank you so much Exciting Himalaya, next time I'll choose Exciting Himalaya again!
