Kathmandu Chitwan Pokhara Tour begins in the Kathmandu Valley, where travelers get to explore the ancient Newari kingdom of Bhaktapur
After Kathmandu valley sightseeing you will head to Chitwan national park. Here you will explore various species of wildlife and experience the Tharu culture and traditional lifestyle of one of Nepal’s indigenous people. During full-day jungle activities, you will encounter the One-Horned Indian Rhino, Asian Elephant, Royal Bengal Tiger, Gharial, and the Sloth Bear. You can engage in a canoe ride in the Rapti River, an elephant back safari ride, a jungle walk, and many more activities. Also, you can learn about the culture and tradition of the Tharu people, natives of the area before heading to Pokhara the next day morning.
After breakfast, we will leave Chitwan and drive north towards Pokhara on a tourist bus. During the drive on a snakelike highway, you will see the picturesque view of Himalayan peaks to the north. Almost five hours of road journey will bring you to Pokhara. On reaching Pokhara, you will check-in the hotel for short relax. The rest of the day is free for independent activities. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
Pokhara is a nature lover’s paradise. During our full day sightseeing in Pokhara, you can take a boat ride on Phewa Lake and visit the main tourist spots like World Peace Pagoda, International Mountain Museum, Seti River Gorge, and Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave.
