Everest Cho La Pass Trekking is the optimal challenge for trekkers all around the world. The Chola pass trek takes you through the magnificent snow-capped mountains with captivating beauty. Additionally, the trek comes with the benefit of trekking at Everest Base Camp. However, the challenge doesn’t stop there. You will move above the Base Camp and reach your final destination which is, of course, the Cho La Pass. The trek awards you with bravery and lifetime memories that you make during your glorious time with us.

Trekking to Cho La Pass offers you the mind-blowing views of legendary mountain Mount Everest, Mt. Nuptse, Mt.Lhotse and many other mountains that you won’t able to take your eyes off. Moving along the way of Sagarmatha National Park, you will experience the journey in beautiful lush forests, bloomed with red Rhododendrons. The forest looks beautiful as ever. And, yeah, you will get outnumbered scenarios to put in your Instagram stories. Who doesn’t likes to share beautiful things when you travel, right? But, beautiful destinations, aren’t achieved by simple efforts right? Yeah, the journey to Everest Base Camp is not easy, and definitely to the Cho La Pass trek will not be easier as either.

However, you will be climbing through the beautiful Gokyo Ri Village. The mountains are always there to motivate you. They will often remind you that it’s beautiful up here so that you gather up your courage and achieve it. Because you need to get much motivated if you want to complete your trek. Along the way, we will crash through many amazing beautiful villages and enjoy it there. The landscapes and the hospitality you will get there is another thing you don’t want to ever forget in your life. As you will ascend higher, things will get even harder. Haha, but the thrill to climb up there will take you over. C’mon, don’t worry. You will have the spirit of “I can do it”.

The journey will begin through the crowd and noise from the capital to the echos in mountains and some company that treks along with you. Life is really peaceful up there. Before you realize that you are in the lap of Himalayas, we will move further to the turquoise color Gokyo Lake. Imaging, standing at the altitude of 5,240m and smiling cause it looks great. The fascinating beauty of Gokyo Lake and Gokyo Ri Village will fade the pain that you faced to reach there. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention about those mesmerizing glaciers that you can view during your trek. The beauty these paths hold will surely make your mind to dwell there forever.

Beyond the chola pass trek, there are villages we will pass by. Those ancient tranquil monasteries, that ancient culture Sherpa People have been carrying since ages will blast your mind out of curiosity. You will learn, how people used to live in the Himalayas, eat their delicious food, take part in their celebration. Isn’t adventure all about taking a break and experiencing a new way of life again?

A full day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu, the capital valley 7 hour tour

Day 3
Flight from KTM to Lukla (35 minute flight Distance 136.17km) trekking to Phakding (2652m/8701ft) walking hours: 3 hours, Distance 8 km.

Day 4
Phakding trekking to Namche Bazzar (3440m/11286ft) walking hours: 5-6 hours, Distance 11.3km.

Day 5
Acclimatization day in Namche

Day 6
Namche Bazzar trek to Tengboche (3867m/12687ft) walking hours: 5 hours, Distance 10.4km.

Day 7
Tengboche trekking to Dingboche (4360m/14304ft) walking hours: 5-6 hours, Distance 12km

Day 8
Rest day in Dingboche for the acclimatization (4360m/14304ft)

Day 9
Dingboche Trekking to Lobuche (4940m/16207ft)walking hours: 5 hours, Distance 9km.

Day 10
Lobuche to Gorakshep (5170m/16962ft), trekking to Everest Base camp (5364m/17598ft) back to Gorak shep: walking hours: 7-8 hours, Distance 11.4km.

Day 11
Gorak Shep trekking Kala Patthar (5545m/18192ft) and back to Lobuche (4940m/16207ft) walking hours: 5-6 hours, Distance 8km.

Day 12
Lobuche to Dzongla (4830m/15846ft) walking hours: 2-3 hours, Distance 4 km.

Day 13
Crossing Chola Pass to Thangnak walking hours: 7-8 hours, Distance 13km

Day 14
Thangnak trekking to Gokyo Lake walking hours: 4 hours, Distance 8km.

Day 15
Gokyo explore and trekking down to Dole (4090m/13419ft) walking hours: 5-6 hours

Day 16
Dole trekking to Namche Bazzar (3440m/11286ft) walking hours: 6-7 hours Distance 11.5 km

Day 17
Namche Bazaar trekking back to Lukla (2850m/9350ft) walking hours: 7 hours, Distance 19.4 km.

Day 18
Flight from Lukla to Kathmandu.
